Terms and Conditions

We have a minimum processing fee of $25 per shipment.  If you require a small number of units to be shipped sooner, you will be charged the $25 minimum.

You will be notified by email of any changes in fees or terms and conditions.

We do not accept hazmat, books, or items over 16 inches on the longest side.

We are not responsible for items lost or misplaced by Amazon or carriers.

Items sent to us that are not listed in your inventory account will be disposed of after 30 days of no communication.

Beartooth Prep LLC guarantees our work.  We will provide fee reimbursements for products that have been mislabeled by our facility.  The products must be returned to Beartooth Prep LLC.  We will provide you pictures of the items that were mislabeled.  Should the items not be mislabeled and Amazon is at fault, we will not provide fee reimbursements.

Delivering Package

Register 

Complete the registration form to set up an account.  We require a one-time registration fee of $40.  An invoice for the $40 registration fee will be sent to your email.  Once the registration is complete, you will receive a shared Google spreadsheet to prepare your prep and shipping requirements.  This will allow us to work together, efficiently and quickly processing your orders.  The spreadsheet can be modified to fit your needs.

Ship & Prep Inventory

Have your inventory shipped to Beartooth Prep LLC.  Our base fee per unit covers receiving, inspection, photos of any damage, prepping with proper labels and poly bags, if needed, and packaging for shipment.  Shipping costs are your responsibility.

Payment Process

We bill on the 1st and the 15th of the month.  We have a turnaround time of less than 48 hours.  We ask for a minimum of $25 for an order to be processed.  That is about 20 units processed at one time.

Storage

We currently have limited storage space.  We can store small items for 30 days for free.
